  1. Log in to RingCentral admin portal
  2. Go to Phone System โ†’ Extensions โ†’ select your user
  3. Click Call Handling & Forwarding
  4. Add forwarding number: your Call IQ number
  5. Set: Ring desk first, forward after 15 seconds
  6. Save and test

  1. Log in to Nextiva admin portal
  2. Go to Users โ†’ select your extension
  3. Click Call Forwarding
  4. Enable "Forward when unanswered" and enter your Call IQ number
